Strontium iDrive USB 3.0 and iPhone

by Unknown  |  at  3:56:00 pm

Since the first phone by iPhone was launched 8 years ago and in those 8 years Apple do no let the users to optimize the storage according to their own need. Not only the, Apple also do not provide any external source for storage expansion. But you are restricted from browsing through the contents of your device so you can at least see what’s going on. The idea should be that the users should not have to face little choices about what goes where, and security barriers should be more important than acquiescence.
Actually Apple is not serious about the storage problems of users and according to the stats most of the people prefer to buy base mode having less space. It is due to the high cost of models having larger storage. 16GB fills up quickly as number of photos & videos taken and need of apps increases.
Strontium is one of the few companies launching external modules that plug into iOS device i.e. lightning ports that will give a storage boost to your iPhone. The Nitro iDrive USB 3.0 gives a look and feel of a standard pen drive- especially the dual-connector which is also available for Android devices. But you can’t directly plug it into your iPhone to give it magical storage.
When you plugged it into your iPhone or iPad, the iDrive will stick out being clearly visible. Nitro iDrive plugged in all the time make you hard to feel that you are using IPhone. It is hard to hold and use this devices with the iDrive. You will also not want to use it as permanent storage for your device. You will also have to take out your cover whenever you want to use this iDrive, because you should have to provide the enough space to iDrive around the Lightning Port to accommodate it
